クラリス・ジャパンが、2020年9月1日付けでApple Japanと統合することになったと発表しています。
クラリス・ジャパン株式会社は近日中に法人登記を抹消し、Apple Japan, Inc.として引き続き Claris FileMaker 製品の取り扱いを日本国内において継続するそうです。
なお、米国本社 Claris International Inc. は Apple Inc. の子会社として継続するとのことです。
Claris Japan has announced that they will be integrated into Apple Japan as of September 1, 2020.
Claris Japan Inc. will remove their corporate body registration in a few days, and will continue to handle the product Claris FileMaker in Japan as Apple Japan, Inc.
Furthermore, the main Claris International Inc. in America will continue as a subsidiary of Apple Inc.
