中国サプライヤーの情報として、2021年4月にiPhone SE (3rd generation)と同時期に発表されるAirPods Pro (2nd generation)に関して、充電ケースのデザインが変更され、厚さは21mmのままだが、高さ46mm、幅54mmに変わると話しています。
ヘッドユニットなどの詳細は分っていません。
